LOST: I Do
Remember the old Marvin Gaye song: Let's get it on?

You had to figure something was up - there was no way Jack would have operated on Ben without being coerced. My laugh out loud moment last night came during the dialog between Jack and Ben in discussing the operation. Jack went through a litany of items, but at the end said I am not doing the operation, Ben said he was extremely disappointed with the decision, Jack said well that will only last about a week.
Back to Marvin Gaye - Sawyer and Kate knocked boots in the cage, live on camera for the others to watch! Who else do we know who likes to get in on in front of a camera? Think Heroes.
During the obligatory flash back sequences - we know Kate operated under the alias of Monica (my wife's name) and likes men in uniform (Mal from Firefly fame.) We also find out Kate had an issue with her dad and is on the run. She's playing this cat and mouse game with the FBI, but the pressure of everyday normal life gets to her and she kills Mal by poison.
The I Do title of the show was a nice touch. Kate said I do to the Nathan Fillion character, Jack said I do the operation on Ben, Kate said I do you Sawyer.
So in cliffhanger fashion, there's a gun pointed to Sawyer's head, Kate is being told to run by Jack, and Ben is bleeding out from a nick in his kidneys. I guess we will have to wait until February to find out what happens.
